Refund Policy

BYOMA accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unopened where hygiene protection applies, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Email us with the order number, item name, delivery date, and reason for the request. We will review eligibility and send return instructions. Do not send an item without authorization.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with photographs of the product, parcel, and shipping label. We will review the evidence and arrange an appropriate replacement, account adjustment, or refund.

Exceptions

For health and hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, personal-care products, gift cards, and items marked final at purchase cannot be returned unless defective or required by law. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Bank processing may require 5 to 10 business days after approval. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
