Shipping Policy

BYOMA currently ships orders within the United States. Available services, carrier charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. High order volume, address checks, or severe weather may add time.

Transit and tracking

Typical carrier transit is 4 to 6 business days after dispatch. A tracking notice is sent when the parcel leaves our facility. Carrier estimates are not guarantees.

Address accuracy

Please review the delivery address before submitting payment. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Once a carrier has accepted the parcel, changes may be unavailable.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows an exception, damage, or delivery but the parcel cannot be located, contact us with the order number. We will review carrier records and explain available next steps.
